Residential Members
A residential member is a property owner in
Beijing Riviera whose application has been accepted. Their spouse and children
under 21 can also become residential members simultaneously. This membership
terminates when the resident moves out of Beijing Riviera.
Individual Membership
An individual member is a person aged 21 or
above who does not reside in Beijing Riviera.
Corporate Membership
Applications can be made in the name of a company. Cooperative companies and other non - commercial organizations are eligible to apply.
Diplomatic Membership
Valid for one year and automatically
renewable upon expiration, but renewable a maximum of four times. The club may
offer diplomatic membership to certain individuals or diplomatic levels based
on appropriate terms. Diplomatic members must hold a valid diplomatic passport
and relevant certificates.

exceed 30 days per year.
Temporary Membership

Family: RMB 800 per week (consecutive 7 days), RMB 2,500 per month (consecutive 30 days)
For guests renting apartments in Beijing Riviera, meal expenses and miscellaneous fees can be charged to your room.
* Guests renting apartments in Beijing Riviera enjoy temporary member privileges and can use the Beijing Riviera Country Club facilities for free during their stay. Personal consumption (e.g., dining expenses, guest fees, ) must be settled during the stay.
