Dear Members,
I hope you all had a memorable and enjoyable May Day holiday.
First, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who joined our Easter Egg Hunt on April 5th at East Lake. It was truly delightful to see around 50 children, aged 3 to 12, enjoying the festivities. From bouncing in the inflatable castle to creating colorful artwork during the drawing session, the event was filled with cheerful moments. A special highlight was the egg hunt itself, where two lucky children found the prized golden eggs!
I am also pleased to share that on April 21st, the Riviera Club, in partnership with the BR Social Club, successfully held a Coffee Morning gathering. Over 20 new and long-standing Riviera members came together for warm conversations, sharing their experiences of living within the Riviera community. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect, exchange insights, and strengthen our community bonds.
New Arrivals, New Style
I’d like to share a brief update regarding a change in our club’s offerings. The travel agency that operated within the club for the past ten years has now relocated. In its place, we are pleased to welcome a new boutique clothing store, offering a curated selection of elegant and fashionable apparel. This new addition aims to enrich your experience by providing convenient access to stylish, quality fashion right here at the club.
On another note, the new Jamaica coffee shop is now open! I encourage you to visit its lovely outdoor seating area, where you can relax in the sunshine with a cup of coffee—perhaps while chatting with friends or playing with your beloved pets.
Also, have you tried the new charcoal-grilled specialties at Saveur Restaurant? Expertly grilled with premium ingredients and rich smoky aromas, these dishes are a culinary highlight not to be missed. Meanwhile, the Japanese restaurant, now renamed "Izakaya," has reopened with a fresh new look and an exciting new menu for you to explore.
Summer Vibes in the Air
As the weather warms up, I’m pleased to remind you that the outdoor swimming pool reopens in May. Looking ahead, we are excited to announce a series of upcoming events: a Children’s Swimming Competition will be held in June, followed by a lively "Welcome Open Pool Party" at the outdoor pool. Additionally, a fun and engaging Quiz Night is currently being planned. Once the dates are finalized, the Membership Department will share all the details with you promptly.
