The source of water for Beijing Riviera comes from the well located west of Phase 3/4. Water from the well is filtered and treated in Beijing Riviera’s very own filtration plant, water softening system and water plant. The treated water is then distributed throughout the compound for all water usage including bathing, drinking, watering, car washing, swimming pool etc. Therefore, the quality and safety of water is very important and of great concern to the developer. The water facility was designed not only to meet local but also international requirements as Beijing Riviera serves a multinational community.
