RESIDENT MEMBER
A property owner or tenant of Beijing Riviera, whose membership has been accepted.
Owned and issued in the name of an individual at or over the age of 21, their spouse and children under 21. Membership tenure ends when residency in Beijing Riviera terminates.
A deposit of RMB 5,000 is to be held until resignation of membership and settlement of all outstanding debts.
The deposit is payable by cash. As a value-added feature for our corporate clients, a “Letter of Guarantee” from your employer may be used in place of the abovementioned deposit.
INDIVIDUAL MEMBER
Owned and issued in the name of an individual at or over the age of 21 not residing in Beijing Riviera
CORPORATE MEMBER
Owned and issued in the name of a corporation. Companies, partnerships, and unincorporated associations may apply to become our corporate member
DIPLOMATIC MEMBER
Limited to one-year term, extended automatically with a limit of four years, to be renewed on an annual basis. This membership is extended to certain levels of the diplomatic corps, persons working at embassy. Members must hold a valid diplomatic passport and identity.
HONORARY MEMBER
(A) Limited to Ambassadors only.

Monthly dues will be completely waived.

RECIPROCAL POLICY
Visitors to the reciprocal clubs are limited to 30 days per year.
MEMBERSHIP CARD DEPOSIT
RMB100 per card for Adults
RMB50 per card for Child of age 10-years and below
CARD REPLACEMENT FEE
RMB100 for each replacement.
TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP
Adults: RMB 60/day
Children: RMB 30/day (For children of age 16 and below)
Family: RMB 400/week (7 consecutive days), RMB 1,200/month (30 consecutive days)
For guests of service apartments throughout the duration of their stay, bills may be charged to their room for miscellaneous food & beverage orders and other room-related fees.

* This membership entitles guests to the entrance of the clubhouse and the usage of selected facilities. Additional charges (food & beverage, guest fees etc.) is to be paid for at the time of usage.
