Security is one of the most important facets of property management carried out round the clock here. The team is made up of 200 staff headed by Qi Dong Li and his chief assistant who are both accomplished ex-police officers. Most of his other assistants and supervisors have professional security training backgrounds.

Qi’s team oversees all matters concerning security in the compound. His team is divided into three 8-hour shifts.
