Question: What are some of the important things people look for when they look for a unit?
Answer: Some of the essential besides the house itself is the community and amenities. A house by itself is just a living space. But the community will go a long way to enhance your family’s growth. Expatriates normally like to know who the residents in the compound are before deciding on the unit. Beijing Riviera consists of residents from more than 60 nationalities. The residents get along very well with the events being organized and a very clubhouse. Our Club organizes events regularly and has a great variety of food and beverages ranging from western to eastern. A Japanese Teppanyaki is also in place in the Club.
Besides the community, the next important thing would be the amenities. We are 10 minutes away from the airport and 20 minutes away from the CBD area. Apart from that, we have an international school in our compound and others nearby. It is definitely a conducive environment for families to be in.
