We have come to the beginning of the year of DRAGON in the Chinese Lunar Calendar; the season of joy is here once again. You can look forward to many festive celebrations in the club which we have thoughtfully planned and lined up just for you.
I am delighted that Beijing Riviera Country Club continues to be such a popular place for members and that so many of you are choosing to enjoy your leisure and free time at the Club. With many tempting food promotions and a series of exciting club events and activities, you can be sure and delighted to spend each day gleefully occupied.
Hong Kong style Hot Pot buffet dinner is featured every Saturday.Should you be dining at the club with your family, friends or business colleagues, we are offering a special traditional Lunar New Year menu from Jan 22-Feb 6. Please book early as spaces are limited! Poon Choi (盆菜), a popular delicacy amongst Chinese will be available from Jan 22. We would also like to invite you to enjoy with us, Valentine’s Day, which falls on the February 14. Let your loved ones know how much you mean to them with a romantic meal! Just contact us and we will be only too pleased to make the necessary arrangements for you.
At Rivera Country Club, no event is too big or too small, be it a corporate or private function, a sit down dinner or a standing cocktail, our experienced banquet team are dedicated to customizing to your needs and delivering nothing but the finest.
It would also be a good time to appreciate and pay tribute to the BRCC Staff who have worked tirelessly throughout the year to ensure that all of us have been well taken care of.
With effect from January 1st, 2012, club monthly subscription fees will be increased from RMB 1,200 to RMB 1,500 due to the tremendous increases in operating costs. As you will probably be aware, the club has been operating without any monthly dues increase since 2003 and our club has been operating in large deficits. We therefore have no other choice but to increase the club monthly subscription fees to help minimize the deficits and yet provide the quality of service and catering standards of this club.
It has been another wonderfully memorable year - "Thank You All" - and a VERY HAPPY CHINESE SPRPING FESTIVAL to each and every Member. Looking forward to seeing you around in our club!!!
