TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CARD USAGE

• Please present your ‘Wine & Dine’ card prior to ordering.

 

• All purchases which exceed the remaining account balance must be paid for in cash or credit card at the point of consumption.

 

• Wine & Dine card may be used at all of the club's Food and Beverage outlets and/or for Home Delivery orders.

 

• Wine & Dine card is to be used at the point of consumption only, and cannot be used for payment of monthly bills.

 

• Wine & Dine card value once purchased, will not be refunded.

 

• To report a lost, missing or stolen card call 8450-6888 (09:00 – 22:00 daily) at your earliest convenience and the card will be terminated immediately.

 

• Replacement fee for a lost card - ￥100. Replacement request must be made in writing. A new card will be issued, and the balance remaining from the old card will then be credited.

 

• An additional cash deposit may be made at any time, prior to usage. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for the credited amount to take effect.

 

• To change your application details – please call 8450-6888, quoting your card number.

 

• Your signature upon receipt of card indicates your agreement of the associated card usage policies.
